Because JENGZ products are consumable food products, we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@jengz.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review your request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund. You do not need to send the product back.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

We reserve the right to limit or decline refunds or replacements in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, repeated refund requests, or misuse of this policy.
